Professor Akhil Ranjan Garg took over the charge of the Vice Chancellor of Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, on 28th August 2025. He is currently on lien from MBM University, Jodhpur, where he served as a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering. Dr. Garg holds a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and brings over 32 years of extensive teaching and research experience.
