Advancing Rajasthan's drone workforce
Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University (SKRAU), Bikaner, in collaboration with PBC Bharat Drones, offers DGCA-authorized training for Medium Class Rotorcraft drones. The programme supports safe, professional drone operations across agriculture, precision farming, crop protection, surveying, mapping, rural development and other industries.
Designed for youth, farmers, agri-professionals, students and technology enthusiasts, the RPTO combines regulatory knowledge with simulator practice and hands-on flying. Successful candidates who meet the assessment requirements become eligible for issuance of the relevant Remote Pilot Certificate through the eGCA platform.

Medium Class Rotorcraft RPC course
An intensive programme designed in accordance with DGCA requirements, covering classroom learning, simulator exercises, aircraft assembly and maintenance awareness, practical flying, safety procedures and assessments.
Controls, circuits, take-off and landing, night flying, emergencies, disorientation and recovery.
Assembly, checks, flight manoeuvres, mission planning, autonomous operations and emergency procedures.
