Shri Kalraj Mishra was born in a middle class Brahmin Agriculturist family on 1st July, 1941 at village Malikpur (Saidpur) of Gazipur District (UP). In 1963, he joined RSS as a Pracharak in Gorakhpur. He was elected MLA a number of times and was also elected as Member of Rajya Sabha. During his ministerial tenure, he formulated the Road Development Policy of link roads to connect villages were constructed. He took oath as Hon’ble Governor of Rajasthan on Monday, 09th September, 2019.

Professor Raksha Pal Singh, a renowned agricultural scientist, academician and researcher, has been appointed as 23rd Vice Chancellor of Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner-334006, Rajasthan, India on August 23rd, 2019. Prof. Singh born on 8th January, 1965, in Village & P.O. Madrak, District: Aligarh Uttar Pradesh. Basically his ancestors belongedto district Karauli, Rajasthan, Prof. Singh belongs to a farming family and brought up in the socio-economic rural environment. He is very well acquainted about the grass root level situation of the agrarian sector. Prof. Singh graduated from Agra University in 1985. He obtained Master’s degree in 1988 from Meerut University and thereafter Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension from Dr B. R. Ambedakar University. Agra U. P.
