Directorate of Prioritization & Monitoring

As per ICAR recommendations, the Directorate of Planning & Monitoring (DP&M) of SKRAU, Bikaner was renamed as Directorate of Prioritization, Monitoring & Evaluation (DPM&E) on June 29, 2012 with new guidelines.  Then onwards, Directorate of Planning & Monitoring is called as Directorate of Prioritization, Monitoring and Evaluation. Earlier, Directorate of Prioritization, Monitoring & Evaluation had dealt with the huge budget allocation for the introduction of new institutions / units to this university and infrastructural development of the already existing units under the Agricultural Development Project (ADP). Another significant achievement made by the DPM&E was accreditation of university along with its three constituent colleges and one Institute of Agri Business Management into ICAR, New Delhi in 2013. In addition to this, the regular publications of 2 biannual SKRAU Newsletters, yearly publication of SKRAU Annual Report and various correspondences to the organizations of state, national and international level are the integral activities of this unit.

The aforesaid reporting is primarily based on arranging for valuable yearly reports from all leading units of the university,  compilation of basic information, computer processing, printing in press and finally delivering these published documents to various units of the university, important officers, government and non-governmental organizations. All these publications cover all the three mandates of the university i.e. teaching, research and extension services by highlighting significant achievements made by all the important units of the university. These include the contributions made by 3 constituent academic institutions, 7 KVKs and 2 Agricultural Research Stations and 1 Agricultural Research Sub Station during the reporting period.
